When is the job fair this year?

2024's job fair will be held Thursday, Aug. 22nd from 10am to 2pm. Stay tuned for more details!

What steps do we take to make the job fair inclusive?

We strive to make this event as inclusive and stress-free as possible; UW's Memorial Union is wheelchair accessible and has all-gender bathrooms, as well as bathrooms with baby changing stations.

Every attendee receives a packet with the following:

• A detailed list of all participating employers, including designations for:
  • if they provide internships or apprenticeships
  • if they can sponsor work visas
• A sturdy folder for materials from employers
